? Any additional service will be charged separately

4. Payment Terms

? Clients must pay service fees as per the agreed schedule

? Late payments may result in service suspension

? Any government taxes (VAT, etc.) will be applicable as per law

5. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

? Provide a safe working environment

? Ensure cooperation with deployed security personnel

? Provide necessary site instructions and access

? Inform the Company of any risk or special requirement

6. Company Responsibilities

The Company will:

? Provide trained and uniformed security personnel

? Ensure discipline and professional conduct

? Replace personnel when necessary

? Maintain operational supervision

7. Liability Limitation

? The Company is not responsible for losses due to unforeseen events (force majeure)

? Liability is limited to the terms mentioned in the service contract

? The Company does not guarantee complete prevention of all incidents

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

? Security arrangements

? Client data

9. Termination

? Either party may terminate the agreement with prior written notice

? Immediate termination may occur in case of breach of contract
